摘　　要：为了提高差别化纤维纱线质量,介绍差别化纤维、功能性纤维和特种非棉天然纤维的特性、纺纱特点与纺纱器材选择原则,通过选择示例分析4种差别化纤维的纺纱指标,介绍采用器材颜色识别差别化纤维品种和特种差别化纤维纺纱要点。指出:差别化纤维适纺性差,具有纺纱品种多、批量小、结构复杂等难度,应根据纤维特性试验优选纺纱器材;多组分差别化纤维纺纱器材选择及工艺参数配置应按成分比例大小依次确定、综合考虑;纺制高品质差别化纤维纱线必须优选纺纱器材,实施精细化工序管理。In order to improve the yarn quality of differential fibers,the characteristics,spinning characteristics and the selection principles of spinning accessories of differential fibers,functional fibers and special non-cotton natural fibers are introduced.The spinning indexes of four kinds of the differential fibers are analyzed by selecting examples,and identification of differential fibers varieties by color of accessories and the key points of special differential fibers spinning are introduced.It is pointed out that the differential fibers have the difficulties of poor spinnability,many spinning varieties,small batch,complex structure and so on,so the spinning accessories should be optimized according to the fiber characteristic test.The selection of spinning accessories and the configuration of process parameters of multi-component differential fibers should be determined and considered comprehensively according to the proportion of components.In order to spin high quality differential fibers yarn,it is necessary to optimize spinning accessories and implement refined process management.
