摘　　要：从清棉装备、梳棉机、精梳机三类产品,详细介绍ITMA2019巴塞罗那国际纺机展展示的清梳装备的新技术亮点,重点阐述特吕茨勒、立达、卓郎、马佐里、朗维等公司相关产品的技术参数、特色与创新思路;从加强基础理论研究和研发投入、吸收先进制造理念、大胆尝试等多维度提出缩短我国纺织行业与欧洲创新能力差距的建议。指出:开清棉工序继续向短流程方向发展;梳棉机向宽幅发展,多采用分体组合式自调匀整牵伸圈条器和大直径条筒等;精梳机向全伺服驱动方向努力,眼位也在扩展;清梳及纺纱全流程自动化、信息化和智能化装备发展前景广阔。Introduction is made in detail to highlights of new technologies of blowing and carding equipments exhibited at Barcelona International Textile Machinery Exhibition(ITMA2019)from three types of products:cleaning equipments,carding machine and combing machine,and the technical parameters,characteristics and innovative ideas of related products of Trützschler,Rieter,Saurer,Marzoli,LMW,and other companies are elaborated.Suggestions are put forward to shorten the innovation capability gap between Chinese and European textile industry from the aspects such us strengthening basic theoretical research,increasing R&D investment,absorbing advanced manufacturing ideas and making bold attempts.It is pointed out that the opening and cleaning process continues to develop in the direction of short process,and carding machine is developing in the direction of wide width,and mostly uses the split body combination type autolevelling can coiler and large diameter sliver can and so on.The combing machine is working towards full servo drive and the eye position is also expanding.The automation,information and intelligent equipments for the whole process of blowing and carding and spinning have a bright future.
