钢领钢丝圈应用与管理探析

摘　　要：为了提高纺纱质量,做好钢领、钢丝圈的选配工作,降低其消耗,介绍纺纱企业对二者的要求,从钢领制造厂家及性价比、种类、边宽和内径等方面进行综合分析,结合钢丝圈材质与制造厂家、截面、圈形、号数等对钢领、钢丝圈进行选型,阐述二者试用操作以及存放、上机前检查、领用、更换周期、上机等相关技术要求;分析纺制高品质纱线出现的不适应高速、钢丝圈挂花、纺纱断头多和毛羽多等问题产生的原因。指出:钢领、钢丝圈对生产生活、产品质量影响很大,纺纱企业应根据产品结构、生产现状等综合考虑、认真试用、慎重选型;用好钢领、钢丝圈须严格按照使用周期、存放条件和上机要求,规范管理、注重查验,及时解决生产中的问题,确保实现纺纱生产生活稳定、高品质纱线质量长期稳定。In order to improve spinning quality,do a good job in the selection and matching of rings and travellers,and reduce the consumption,the requirements of spinning enterprises for rings and travellers are introduced,comprehensive analysis is made from the ring manufacturer,cost performance,type,edge width and inner diameter,and the rings and travellers are selected combining with the material and manufacturers,section,shape and number of travellers.The trial operation of rings and travellers as well as the technical requirements for storage,inspection before operation,receiving,replacement cycle and operation are described,and the reasons for the problems such as unsuitable for high speed,traveller hitching,more broken ends and hairiness when spinning high quality yarn.It is pointed out that the rings and travellers have a great influence on production and living and product quality,so spinning enterprises should consider comprehensively,use and select carefully according to product structure and production status.To make good use of rings and travellers,it is necessary to standardize the management in strict and pay attention to inspection in accordance with the use cycle,storage conditions and operation requirements,and solve production problems in time,which can ensure stable spinning of production and living,and long-term stability of quality on the high-quality yarn.
