剥脱型青光眼LOXL1基因多态性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨类赖氨酸氧化酶1(LOXL1)基因多态性与剥脱型青光眼发病的关系。方法选取2016年1月至2019年2月在我院治疗的剥脱型青光眼患者91例作为观察组,同时选取180例健康志愿者作为对照组,采用聚合酶链反应直接测序LOXL1基因rs2165241、rs1048661和rs3825942位点多态性。结果观察组和对照组LOXL1基因rs2165241位点基因型及等位基因分布比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组和对照组LOXL1基因rs3825942位点基因型及等位基因分布比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组LOXL1基因rs1048661位点基因型GG及等位基因G比例分别为62.64%和80.22%,明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 LOXL1基因rs1048661位点多态性与剥脱型青光眼发病可能有一定关系,值的进一步研究。Objective To investigate the relationship between polymorphism of lysine-like oxidase 1(LOXL1)gene and exfoliative glaucoma.Methods A total of 91 exfoliative glaucoma patients(observation group)were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2019,and 180 healthy volunteers were selected as control group,polymorphisms at rs2165241,rs1048661 and rs3825942 loci of LOXL1 gene were directly sequenced by polymerase chain reaction.Results There was no significant difference in genotype and allele distribution of LOXL1 gene rs2165241 between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in genotype and allele distribution of LOXL1 gene rs3825942 between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);The percentage of genotype GG and allele G at rs1048661 locus of LOXL1 gene in the observation group were 62.64%and 80.22%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The polymorphism of rs1048661 locus of LOXL1 gene is mayrelated to exfoliative glaucoma,and further study is needed.
