摘 要:为加强跨轻轨宽幅钢箱梁吊装技术的应用,解决宽幅钢箱梁吊装施工过程中线性施工精度与榀组合支架的安全稳定性问题,结合工程实例进行有限元计算分析,得到吊装施工支架最大组合应力为86.63MPa,最大剪切应力为6.03MPa,最大轴向应力为58.9MPa,均小于Q235B钢材的各项容许值;同时详细介绍了宽幅跨轻轨宽幅钢箱梁吊装施工时线型测量与控制,为日后类似的工程提供施工经验。In order to strengthen the application of hoisting technology of wide steel box girder across light rail and solve the problems of linear construction accuracy and safety and stability of composite support in the process of hoisting construction of wide steel box girder,combined with the finite element calculation and analysis of engineering examples,this paper obtains that the maximum combined stress of hoisting construction support is 86.63MPa,the maximum shear stress is 6.03MPa,the maximum axial stress is 58.9MPa,which are less than Q235B steel.At the same time,the detailed linear measurement and control of wide span light rail wide steel box girder hoisting construction provide construction experience for similar projects in the future.
