摘  要:为评估乳化沥青厂拌冷再生技术的节能减排效益,有必要量化厂拌冷再生技术的能耗和碳排放。分别测算了施工中原材料生产能耗、原材料运输能耗、混合料生产能耗、摊铺碾压能耗,结合实际施工的监测数据,计算分析了乳化沥青厂拌冷再生相比于普通沥青ATB-25的节能减排效益。结果表明:与普通沥青ATB-25相比,乳化沥青厂拌冷再生可以节约能耗35.3%,碳排放量减少10.71%,具有显著的资源节约和节能效益。In order to evaluate the energy saving and emission reduction benefit of cold mixing and recycling technology in asphalt emulsion plant,it is necessary to quantify the energy consumption and carbon emission of cold mixing and recycling technology.In this paper,energy consumption of raw materials production,energy consumption of raw materials transportation,energy consumption of mixed materials production,and energy consumption of paving and rolling are calculated.Combined with the monitoring data of actual construction,the energy saving and emission reduction benefits of mixing and cold regeneration of asphalt emulsion plant compared with ordinary asphalt atb-25 are calculated and analyzed.The results show that:compared with ordinary asphalt atb-25,cold regeneration of asphalt emulsion plant can save 35.3%of energy consumption and 10.71%of carbon emission,and has significant resource saving and energy saving benefits.
