摘　　要：可变信息标志板(VMS)是提供城市路径诱导的有效手段之一。从多个角度对VMS进行了介绍和讨论,介绍了VMS的研究背景及发展现状,探讨了VMS的路径诱导,描述了交通诱导信息的生成,分析了诱导产生的效益,并通过调查实例,对VMS的诱导效果进行评价和总结。Variable message sign system is one of the effective means for urban route guidance.It introduces and discusses the VMS from various aspects.Firstly,it introduces the research background and development degree of the VMS.Then the article discusses the VMS route guidance including the traffic guidance information generation and the benefit induced by the VMS.The effect of the VMS route guidance is evaluated and summarized through the example of implementation effect.
