摘  要:本文针对1016铝合金硫酸阳极氧化膜层进行氟锆酸钾封孔,采用蓝墨水、磷铬酸脱膜、动电位扫描、电化学阻抗谱对其进行测试,并与市售HB镍盐及沸水封孔效果进行对比。实验发现HB封闭剂与60℃氟锆酸钾封孔膜失重均低于30mg/dm 2,而蓝墨水、动电位扫描与电化学阻抗谱测试结果与磷铬酸脱膜结果一致,表明氟锆酸钾可作为一种替代镍盐的封闭剂,在工业生产中有很好的应用前景。In this paper,potassium fluorozirconate was adopted to seal the sulfuric acid anodized 1016 aluminum alloy.Blue ink,phosphoric-chromic acid solution test,potentiodynamic scan and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were used to evaluate the sealing effect,and the results were compared with those using HB nickel salt and boiling water.The result of phosphoric-chromic acid solution test showed that the mass loss using potassium fluorozirconate at 60℃and HB sealer were less than 30 mg/dm^2,which is consistent with blue ink,potentiodynamic scanning and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy tests.The facts suggest that potassium fluorozirconate can be used as an alternative to nickel salt sealer,and has good application prospect in the industrial production.
