摘 要:为了解钢桥正交异性板U肋设置小隔板和支撑板对其疲劳性能的影响,以大岳高速洞庭湖大桥为背景,设计制作一个3跨钢桥面板节段足尺模型(其中1道横隔板处U肋设置小隔板和支撑板的优化措施),进行不同横向加载位置的静力试验和正载下的疲劳试验,分析有无改善措施时弧形切口、横隔板和U肋焊趾处主拉应力,以及疲劳裂缝开展情况。结果表明:静力试验中,与无改善措施相比,有改善措施的弧形切口、U肋焊趾的最大应力降幅分别达30%、68%,但横隔板焊趾处应力增加至弧形切口最大应力的130%;小隔板开孔可抑制横隔板焊趾处应力;疲劳试验模型出现4条裂缝,非直接轮压处、未开孔小隔板处的横隔板两侧焊趾均发生开裂,直接轮压处、有改善措施的横隔板焊趾处的疲劳开裂加载次数提高了89%;可将开孔小隔板和支撑板用于承受轮压荷载较大的重车道上。To examine the influence of adding small baffles and supporting plates to U ribs on the fatigue performance of the orthotropic plates in steel bridge,the Dongting Lake Bridge on Dajie-Yueyang Expressway was taken as the background project.A full-scale model containing three-span orthotropic steel plates was prepared,on which the U ribs at a diaphragm were fitted with small baffles and supporting plates for optimization.The static tests with different load-applying locations in the transverse direction and the fatigue tests under the normal loads were conducted,to analyze the conditions of the main tensile stresses in the arc cut-outs,diaphragms and weld toes of U ribs as well as the propagation of fatigue cracks,in the contexts with and without taking the optimization measures.The results show that in the static tests,the maximum stress-decreasing rate of the arc cut-outs and U rib weld toes after optimization reached up to 30%and 68%,respectively,compared with the case without optimization measure.However,the stresses in the weld toes of the diaphragms increased to 130%of the maximum stress in the arc cut-outs.Drilling holes on small baffles can help suppress the stress in the weld toe of the diaphragm.Four cracks occurred in the fatigue test model,weld toes on the two sides of the diaphragms that were not directly under the wheel loads and diaphragms at the small baffles with no drilling holes cracked.After taking the optimization measures,the fatigue cracking loading cycles that weld toes at the diaphragms under direct wheel loads could endure increased by 89%.The small baffles and supporting plates can be added to bear big wheel loads from the heavy traffic lanes.
