摘　　要：老旧房屋的结构改造需综合考虑房屋检测报告、地勘报告、房屋现场情况、建筑改造方案等各项条件。只有充分做好现场查勘工作,全面了解并综合考虑各项影响因素,才能做好老旧房屋改造的结构设计工作。文章以某成套改造工程中的一幢房屋为典型案例,针对老旧房屋成套改造中常见的房屋内部布局调整、局部外拓、地下防空洞的处理及加层等改造措施,从结构设计的角度,提出相应的解决办法。An old house was be taken as a typical case in a project of renovating old house into self-contained flats from the point of view of structural designer.The corresponding solutions are put forward aiming at the adjustments of the internal layout of the house,the extension of old house,the treatments of the underground air-raid shelter and the measures of adding floors and so on.
