废矿物油再生装置阻焦剂的研究

摘　　要：本研究针对废矿物油再生装置减压蒸馏工段的加热管结焦现象,分析了结焦机理,阻焦剂的研究思路,积垢和结焦的解决方法,设计和研发出阻焦剂,阻焦剂包括如下组分:清净剂、分散剂、阻聚剂、抗焦剂,溶剂,清净剂为十二烷基硫酸钠,分散剂为聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺,抗焦剂为N-环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺,阻聚剂为对苯二酚,溶剂为柴油.阻焦剂组分质量百分比:20 - 30%清净剂、30 - 38%分散剂、5- 8%阻聚剂、10 - 15%抗焦剂,余量为溶剂.对阻焦剂的性能评价,然后应用于废润滑油再生装置,阻焦剂可明显减缓生产装置的积垢/结焦,开工时间可由一般的40天延长至100天,保证了装置的长周期运行,显著提高了生产效率和综合效益.In this study,coking mechanism,research idea of coking inhibitor,solution of scale and coking were analyzed,aiming at coking phenomenon of heating pipe in vacuum distillation section of waste mineral oil regeneration unit. Coking inhibitor was designed and developed,including the following components: detergent,dispersant,polymerization inhibitor,coking inhibitor,solvent. sodium lauryl sulfate was detergent,polyisobutylene was dispersant. The inhibitor was N-cyclohexyl thiophthalimide,the inhibitor was hydroquinone,and the solvent was diesel oil. The mass percentage of coke inhibitor components was 20-30% detergent,30-38% dispersant,5-8% polymerization inhibitor,10-15% coke inhibitor,the residual solvent. The coke inhibitorperformance was evaluated,then applied to the waste lubricating oil regeneration device. The coke inhibitor could obviously slow down the crud/coking of the production device. Device operation time could be extended from 40 days to 100 days,ensuring the long-term operation of the device,significantly improving the production efficiency and comprehensive benefits.
