摘　　要：指出了建筑业关乎着国民经济的发展,是我国经济发展的重要体现,然而建筑企业出于对利益的追求,也出现了一些建筑工程质量问题。从我国目前建筑工程质量管理和控制的现状出发,运用PDCA循环分析了质量管理与控制中的常见问题,提出了相应的解决对策。The construction industry is related to the development of national economy and it is an important embodiment of China’s economic development.However,in the pursuit of interests,the quality problem has emerged in many construction projects.Starting from the current situation of construction quality management and control of China,this paper uses the PDCA cycle to identify the common problems in quality management then come up with corresponding solutions.
