摘　　要：随着知识产权事业发展步入新阶段,复合型知识产权人才培养的需求变得日益迫切.实践教学作为复合型知识产权人才培养中的关键环节,要充分认识其重要性,对如何构建实践教学体系进行研究.本文对国内外高校知识产权实践教学发展现状、存在问题进行了分析,并就复合型知识产权人才培养实践教学体系的构建提出了一些思考.With the development of the intellectual property industry entering a new stage, the demand of training application oriented intellectual property talents has become increasingly urgent. As a key part of training application oriented intellectual property talents, practical teaching is very important. We should understand the importance of it, andresearch on how to build a practical teaching system. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the practice teaching of intellectual property in colleges and universities at home and abroad, and puts forward some thoughts on the construction of the practice teaching system for the cultivation of compound intellectual property talents.
