转设背景下独立学院图书馆建设策略研究 ——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：江苏省教育厅会同财政等六个部门共同出台《关于加快推进独立学院发展的意见》后,江苏省独立院校建设迈入新时期.在转设背景下需要针对独立学院的特点与现状,指出独立学院图书馆建设存在的问题,采取创新组织形式和管理方式、提升服务、合理规划建设馆藏资源、加强图书馆人才队伍建设等措施建设图书馆.Jiangsu Provincial Department of education, together with six departments of finance, jointly issued the opinions on accelerating the development of independent colleges, which ushered in a new era in the construction of Independent Colleges in Jiangsu Province. Based on the characteristics and current situation of the independent college, this paper points out the existing problems in the construction of the library of the independent college, and takes some measures to build the library,such as innovating the organizational form and management mode, improving the service, reasonably planning and building the collection resources, and strengthening the construction of the library talent team.
