摘　　要：网络育人是高校思想政治教育的重要途径之一,自媒体的快速发展迫切要求高校学工队伍媒介素养的迅速提升.本文从当前高校学工队伍媒介素养内涵入手,探究自媒体场域中高校学工队伍媒介素养的培育范式,以HH大学ND学院创立运营的"青春ND"学工队伍新媒介素养实践培育工作室为例,分析其路径提升的可行性及实践操作的成效性,为加强思想政治教育网络育人队伍建设提供有力支撑.Network education is one of the important ways of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The rapid development of the media urgently requires the rapid improvement of the media literacy of the academic staff in colleges and universities.This article starts with the connotation of the media literacy of the current academic student team,explores the cultivation paradigm of the media literacy of the university student team from the media field,and uses the"Youth ND"student team new media literacy practice training studio established and operated by the ND College of HH University.As an example,the feasibility of its path promotion and the effectiveness of practical operations are analyzed to provide strong support for strengthening the construction of the ideological and political education network education team.
