ESP视角下公安院校英语教学改革的实施——以广东警官学院为例

摘　　要：信息技术在为人们提供方便的同时,也给各类跨国犯罪提供了可能性,国际警务合作体系的建设成为了各国执法部门面临的时代挑战,而随着各国安全命运共同体的逐渐完善,国际公安单位间的相互沟通和协同便成了常态.在这个大前提下,本文由特殊用途英语ESP视角出发,借鉴SWOT的分析方式对公安院校英语教学改革实施的情况进行系统分析,并提出相应的教改建议,希望为新时期公安机关对国际型、复合型人才的定向培养提供助力.Information technology not only provides convenience for people,but also provides possibility for all kinds of transnational crimes.The construction of international police cooperation system has become an era challenge for law enforcement departments of all countries.With the gradual improvement of the community of security destiny of all countries,the mutual communication and coordination between international public security units has become the norm.Under this premise,this paper analyzes the implementation of English teaching reform in public security colleges and universities from the perspective of ESP and SWOT,and puts forward corresponding teaching reform suggestions,hoping to provide assistance for the public security organs in the new era in the directional training of international and compound talents.
