摘 要:高校创新与创业教育近年来已经成为现代教育改革和发展的新趋势.三峡大学近年来很重视"双创"教育,并不断完善"双创"教育保障体系,虽取得一定的成绩,但同时也存在部分问题.通过对三峡大学在校大学生和任职教师的问卷调查发现:一是大学生对创新创业教育课程比较感兴趣,但学校的"双创"课程体系设置不尽合理,创新创业类项目的本校特色不突出且落地率不高;二是学校为本校学生搭建了创新创业平台,但在平台数量和优化方面不够完善;三是学校在创新与创业教育方面投入的师资力量较为薄弱,导致现有制度中对本校教师和在校学生的激励机制还不够完善,创新创业教育的方法和评价体系需要进一步改进.In recent years, innovation and entrepreneurship education has become a new trend of modern education reform and development in college. China Three Gorges university has focused on the education of entrepreneurship and innovation, and it has constantly improved the education system. Through the questionnaire survey on the college students and teachers, we found that: first, college students are interested in the course of innovation and entrepreneurship education, but the course system is not perfect, and the college’s projects were not conducted with a high rate. Second, the university has built an innovation and start-up platform for its students, but it was not perfect in terms of the number and optimization of platforms. Third, the college has a relatively weak faculty team invested in innovation and entrepreneurship education, which leads to the incomplete incentive mechanism for teachers and students in the existing system. Therefore, the current evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education need to be further improved.
