摘　　要：从资源能力一体化视角探索医药企业社会责任影响创新绩效的路径。基于利益相关者理论和资源基础理论,引入企业动态能力作为中介机制,以“资源-能力-绩效”为研究范式,构建医药企业社会责任影响其创新绩效的理论模型。通过对228份医药企业问卷进行统计分析,结果显示:医药企业社会责任对其创新绩效具有显著正向影响;动态能力在二者因果关系中发挥中介作用;利益相关者压力的调节作用不显著。研究结论对医药企业提升创新绩效具有一定借鉴意义。From the perspective of integration of resources and capabilities,the paper explores the path of impact of CSR on innovation performance of medical enterprises.Based on the stakeholder theory and resource-based theory,the paper introduces the dynamic capability of enterprises as the intermediary mechanism,and constructs the theoretical model of the influence of CSR on the innovation performance of medical enterprises with the research paradigm of"resource-ability-performance".Through the statistical analysis of 228 questionnaires of medical enterprises,the results show that the CSR of medical enterprises has a significant positive impact on their innovation performance.Dynamic ability plays a mediating role in the causal relationship between them.The adjustment effect of stakeholder pressure is not significant.The conclusion of this study has certain scientific reference significance for medical enterprises to improve innovation performance.
