郭义教授针刺手法介绍及其临床应用

摘　　要：针刺手法是针刺临床取得疗效的关键,是针刺的灵魂。郭义教授师从著名针灸学家郑魁山教授学习针刺手法,在应用郑氏家传针刺手法的基础上,有所体会、有所心悟、有所发挥。本文介绍了郭义教授临床常用的几种针刺手法——温通针法中的过脸热、穿胛热、通督热、透腹热,孔雀开屏,潜龙入海,详细叙述了其操作要点及其临床应用,以期推动针刺手法的临床广泛应用。Acupuncture manipulations as the soul of acupuncture,are the key of treating disease.Prof.GUO Yi learned acupuncture manipulations from famous acupuncture master,Prof.ZHENG KuiShan.Based on the application of Zheng′s peculiar acupuncture manipulation method,he developed Zheng′s acupuncture manipulations in his own understanding and applied in the clinical therapeutics.In this article,several acupuncture manipulations that Prof.Guo uses frequently in the clinical treatment were introduced:GUO LIAN RE(facial warming manipulation),CHUAN JIA RE(shoulder warming manipulation),TONG DU RE(Governor vessel warming manipulation),TOU FU RE(abdomen warming manipulation),KONG QUE KAI PING(peacock spreading its tail manipulation),QIAN LONG RU HAI(dragon diving in the sea manipulation).The key operation of the manipulations and clinical application in detail were introduced and we hope to promote the clinical application of acupuncture manipulation.
