摘　　要：“保胃气”的思想贯穿《伤寒论》始终,胃气的强弱对疾病的发生、发展、转化和预后有重要的影响,所以在各种疾病的治疗中都应重视胃气的根本作用。倾倒综合征(DS)是胃癌术后常见的并发症,胃切除术使胃气受损严重,引起消化道甚至全身不适反应。《伤寒论》中“保胃气”的思想对倾倒综合征的治疗具有重要的临床意义。The idea of“protecting stomach qi”runs through the Shanghan Lun.The strength of the stomach qi has an important influence on the occurrence,development,transformation and prognosis of the disease.Therefore,the fundamental role of stomach qi should be paid attention to in the treatment of various diseases.Dumping syndrome(DS)is a common complication of postoperative gastric cancer.Gastric resection causes severe damage to the stomach qi and causes digestive tract and even systemic discomfort.The idea of“protecting the stomach qi”in Shanghan Lun has important clinical significance for the treatment of dumping syndrome.
