摘　　要：炙甘草汤作为治疗“脉结代,心动悸”的名方,在心律失常的治疗上取得了不错疗效。在临床实践中不应拘泥于此,而应该发挥中医整体观、“异病同治”的优势,拓展炙甘草汤的运用。As a famous prescription for treatment of“intermittent pulse and severe palpitation”,Zhigancao Decoction has good therapeutic effects in the treatment of arrhythmia.We should not confine ourselves to this in clinical practice,but should give full play to the advantages of the holistic view of TCM and“treating different diseases with the same treatment”,and expand the use of Zhigancao Decoction.In this paper,the clinical research and basic experiments of Zhigancao Decoction were collected and summarized,and the literature on the cardiovascular,tumor and blood system of Zhigancao Decoction was summarized,so as to provide help for the further research of Zhigancao Decoction.
