摘  要:动物源性食品中药物残留超标严重影响进出口贸易和消费者身体健康。兽药的多样化和复杂化对兽药残留检测方法提出了更高的要求,因此开发高回收率、低检测限和定量限的检测方法尤为重要。本文综述了动物源性食品中磺胺类药物和β-受体激动剂残留的色谱和质谱检测方法,综合对比各种方法的优缺点并展望未来检测技术的发展前景,以期为磺胺类药物和β-受体激动剂的残留检测提供技术支持和理论依据。Excessive drug residues in animal-derived foods seriously affect import and export trade and consumer health.The diversification and complication of veterinary drugs need higher requirements for detection methods.Therefore,it is especially important to develop residues detection methods with high recovery,low limit of detection and limit of quantitation.This paper reviewed the chromatographic and mass spectrometric methods for the detection of sulfonamides andβ-agonists in animal-derived foods.The advantages and disadvantages of various methods were compared and the development direction of detection techniques was prospected,in order to provide technical support and theoretical basis for residue detection of sulfonamides andβ-agonists.
