摘  要:为探究猪精液17℃负压保存条件下,不同浓度的枸杞多糖对猪精子保存质量的影响,本实验在Modena基础稀释液中分别添加0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 mg/mL枸杞多糖,检测猪精子在此环境下5 d内的精子活率、活力、直线速度、路径速度、鞭打频率、畸形率等质量参数。结果表明:1.5 mg/mL组的精子活率、活力、直线速度、路径速度、鞭打频率和畸形率均显著优于其他组。由结果可知,Modena基础稀释液添加1.5 mg/mL枸杞多糖在17℃负压环境下更有利于猪精液保存。To investigate the effects of different concentrations of lycium barbarum polysaccharide on the survival time and quality of pig sperm under 17℃negative pressure,different concentrations of lycium barbarum polysaccharide were added into Modena basic diluent with 0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0 mg/mL,respectively.Live sperm rate,vigour,linear velocity,path to the speed,beat frequency,deformity rate were determined within 5 days.The results showed that live sperm rate,vigour,linear velocity,path to the speed,beat frequency,deformity rate of the 1.5 mg/mL group were significantly better than those of other groups.According to the results,the addition of 1.5 mg/mL of lycium barbarum polysaccharide to Modena base diluent was more beneficial to the preservation of pig semen under 17℃negative pressure.
