增层改造对某商场主体结构安全性影响分析

摘　　要：因建筑功能需要,某商场建成使用后需在原结构上增加一层轻型钢结构作为小型电影院。为确定该商场增层改造是否对主体结构安全性造成影响,论文首先从现场对原有结构工程质量进行检测,其次分别创建增层改造前后模型进行结构承载力验算且对计算结果进行对比分析,最后经综合分析得出结论,向业主单位提出专业建议。Because of the needs of architectural functions,a new layer for the small theater by light weight steel would be built on the original structure after the marketplace had been completed and put into operation.To clarify whether the floor-adding reconstruction has an impact on the safety of the main structure,the simulation models before and after furnace reconstruction are established by the data of engineering quality test.Based on the load capacity and the synthetically analyzing results,some reasonable suggestions and methods are present as well to owner's company.
