摘  要:深入分析施工现场钢筋闪光对焊、气压对焊接头存在的质量问题成因,通过焊接工艺试验,总结出闪光对焊预热次数、气压对焊宽幅加热实用焊接控制技术,在此基础上通过加强焊接过程关键技术管理,并坚持见证随机切取试件、送检,验收,使得钢筋对焊接头质量得到有效控制,接头外观质量和力学性能都能达到国家规程合格要求,研究结果可供借鉴推广。This paper deeply analyzes the reinforcement construction site quality problems of flash butt welding,pressure butt joint,through welding experiment,summed up the number of flash butt welding preheating,pressure butt welding wide practical welding heating control technology,key technology on this basis,by strengthening the process management,and adhere to witness random sampling,inspection,acceptance,make steel butt joint to effectively control the quality,appearance quality of the joint and mechanical properties can meet the national regulations,qualified requirement results promotion can be used for reference.
