摘 要:为解决既有建筑使用过程中局部区域使用功能改变后,楼板承载力需要进行评定的问题,论文提出了一种楼板承载力评定的简化方法。楼板几何条件、强度及钢筋配置可现场检测,截面的抵抗弯矩可以计算得出,利用塑性铰线理论的机动法评定楼板承载力,评定过程中不再使用楼板设计中求解内力的传统方法,而是在单位转角下,根据抵抗能与外力做功的比较进行评定。同时还提供了考虑薄膜效应提高承载力的量化计算方法。In order to solve the problem that the floor bearing capacity needs to be evaluated when local area changed in existing buildings,a simplified method for floor bearing capacity assessment is proposed.Floor geometric conditions,strength,and steel bar configuration can be determined on-site,then,the resistance moment of the section can be calculated based on these domains.The plastic method of plastic hinges could be used to evaluate the bearing capacity of the floor instead of the traditional method by solving internal forces in floor design.The unit corner based on the comparison of resistance energy and external force workmanship can be evaluated.At the same time,a quantitative calculation method is provided to improve the bearing capacity by considering the thin film effect.
