摘　　要：老旧砖混住宅量大面广,倒塌事故时有发生,造成的社会影响十分恶劣,对老旧房屋的安全排查及解危迫在眉睫。在房屋排查过程中发现,墙体拆改的现象普遍存在,此现象对房屋的破坏相当严重,多数房屋因过度拆改而成为危房。在砌体结构房屋中墙体扮演着非常重要的角色,论文试图根据不同墙体在房屋使用过程中起的作用对墙体进行划分,提出“有效墙体面积”的概念,并通过现场查勘收集相关数据,对数据进行加工处理,最终给出房屋墙体评价方式。There are a large number of old brick mixed houses,and collapse accidents happen from time to time,resulting in a very bad social impact,so it is urgent to investigate and solve the safety of old houses.In the process of house investigation,it is found that the phenomenon of wall demolition and reconstruction is widespread,which causes serious damage to houses.Most houses become dangerous due to excessive demolition and reconstruction.The wall plays a very important role in the masonry structure house.This paper attempts to divide the wall according to the role of different walls in the use of the house,puts forward the concept of“effective wall area”,collects relevant data through field survey,processes the data,and finally gives the evaluation method of the house wall.
