高氏四顺清凉饮治疗支气管扩张咯血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察高氏四顺清凉饮治疗支气管扩张咯血的临床疗效。方法:40例患者随机分为两组,对照组使用西药止血治疗,治疗组在使用西药止血基础上加用高氏四顺清凉饮汤剂口服,评价两组治疗有效率。结果:治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,治疗后两组临床临床有效率有显著差别(P<0.05);治疗前及治疗后第3 d两组症状积分在咯血、咳嗽、咯痰上均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组总积分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);入院后12 h时比较凝血酶原时间(Prothrombin Time,PT)、部分凝血酶活时间(Activated Partial Thrombc Plastir Time,APTT)未见有显著性差异,36 h时两组的PT和APTT比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高氏四顺清凉饮治疗支气管扩张咯血有良好的临床疗效,能明显缩短止血时间.Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of Gao’s Sishun Qingliang Yin(高氏四顺清凉饮)on bronchiectasis hemoptysis.Methods:40 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with western medicine to stop bleeding.The treatment group was treated with the Gao’s Sishun Qingliang Yin oral more.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group was higher than the control group.After treatment,the clinical efficiency in two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).On the third day after treatment,the symptom scores in both groups were improved in hemoptysis,cough and expectoration(P<0.05).The total score in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).On 12 h after admission,there was no significant difference in PT,APTT between the two groups.At 36 h,the difference in PT and APTT between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gao’s Sishun Qingliang Yin on bronchiectasis hemoptysis shows good effects,can significantly shorten the hemostatic time.
