摘　　要：水丸剂既是中药传统剂型,也是现代中医院常用的临方制剂剂型,"丸者,缓也"是丸剂理论与剂型特点的总结性描述,其具有药物有效利用率高、作用持久、制备简便、成本较低、携带方便等特点.心血管系统疾病多数病程较长,且虚实夹杂,对于这类疾病慢性期的治疗或病后调理,王振涛教授认为"宜服丸",其通过辨证论治、审视立方,合理用药,并注重顾护胃气,标本兼治,处以"水丸剂"应用,可有效稳定患者病情,改善生活质量.The Shuiwan is not only a traditional Chinese medicine,but also a clinical preparation form in modern hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.“Pill is sluggish”is a summary description of the theory and dosage characteristics of pills.It has characteristics of high drug utilization rate,long-lasting effect,easy preparation,low cost,being easy to carry and so on.Most of the cardiovascular diseases are of long term,and there are many complicated cases.For the treatment of chronic diseases or post-treatment of these diseases,Professor Wang Zhentao believes that"it is suitable for taking pills",which can effectively stabilize the patient's condition and improve the quality of life.Through syndrome differentiation and treatment,examination of the prescription,rational drug use,and paying attention to the care of stomach Qi,treating both the incidental and fundamental aspects,the application of"Shuiwan"can effectively stabilize the patient’s condition,improve the quality of life.
