重症心力衰竭老年患者的急诊内科治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的:深入分析重症心力衰竭老年患者的急诊内科治疗效果.方法:从2017年1月-2019年1月,增城区人民医院收治的重症心力衰竭老年患者中随机选择120例患者作为本次的研究对象,按照随机分配的方式将120例老年患者分为两个治疗小组,每个小组60例重症心力衰竭老年患者,在其他条件相同的情况下,给予对照组老年患者常规治疗,给予观察组老年患者急诊内科治疗,比较两组重症心力衰竭老年患者治疗后的临床效果.结果:对照组老年患者的有效治疗率为73.3%(44/60),观察组老年患者的有效治疗率为95%(57/60),两组重症心力衰竭老年患者的治疗效果的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对重症心力衰竭老年患者实施急诊内科治疗的临床效果十分显著,能够有效地稳定患者的血压、心率等指标,改善老年患者的临床症状,提高老年患者的生活质量,是一项值得推广的应用.Objective:To deeply analyze the effect of emergency medical treatment on elderly patients with severe heart failure.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,120 elderly patients with severe heart failure in Zengcheng District People's Hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two treatment groups according to the random allocation method,with 60 cases of severe heart failure in each group,under the same conditions,the control group elderly patients were given routine treatment,the observation group old patients received the emergency internal medicine treatment,the two groups of severe heart failure elderly patients after treatment were compared.Results:The effective treatment rate of the elderly patients in the control group was 73.3%(44/60),and the effective treatment rate of the elderly patients in the observation group was 95%(57/60).The difference in the effective rate of the two groups of the elderly patients with severe heart failure was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of emergency medical treatment for elderly patients with severe heart failure is very significant,which can effectively stabilize the blood pressure,heart rate and other indicators,relieve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients,and improve the quality of life of elderly patients,which is an application worthy of promotion.
