腹部推拿联合针刺治疗老年顽固性便秘临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察腹部推拿联合针刺治疗老年顽固性便秘的临床疗效.方法:选择2018年9月-2018年12月东莞市中医院接收治疗的老年顽固性便秘患者70例,按照随机数字表法,将患者分为对照组和研究组,对照组(35例,给予金舒通治疗)和研究组(35例,采用腹部推拿联合针刺治疗),比较两组患者的排便间隔时间、排便蹲厕时间、粪便性质、不良反应.结果:研究组的排便间隔时间、排便蹲厕时间明显短于对照组,研究组的粪便性质优于对照组,两组之间存在统计学意义(P<0.05),两组不良反应具有明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:腹部推拿联合针刺治疗老年顽固性便秘能明显改善患者的便秘症状,不良反应发生率低,值得在临床治疗中进一步推广.Objective:To observe the clinical effect of abdominal massage combined with acupuncture in the treatment of senile refractory constipation.Methods:70 cases of elderly patients with intractable constipation treated in Dongguan TCM Hospital from September 2018 to December 2018 were divided into the control group and the research group according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group(35 cases were treated with Jinshutong)and the study group(35 cases were treated with abdominal manipulation combined with acupuncture)were compared in terms of defecation interval time,defecation squatting time,fecal nature and adverse reactions.Results:The interval time of defecation and squatting time of defecation in the study group were significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the nature of feces in the study group was superior to that in the control group.There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal manipulation combined with acupuncture can significantly relieve the constipation symptoms of elderly patients with intractable constipation,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical treatment.
