摘　　要：目的:分析妇产科成分输血护理和输血反应预防策略.方法:选择122例中山医科大学妇产科患者开展研究,为122例患者进行护理,总结和分析各种成分输血不良反应,提出相应的预防策略.结果:所有患者中,发生不良反应患者共计8例,总发生率6.56%(8/122).发生不良反应情况为:过敏5例,2例患者发热,1例患者溶血.结论:在开展成分输血的同时,强化成分输血相关护理措施和规章,高度重视患者可能出现的不良反应,并且采用相关预防措施,能够有效避免不良反应发生.Objective:To analyze the component transfusion nursing and transfusion response prevention strategy in the department of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:122 patients in our hospital were selected to carry out the study,and all patients were given nursing care to summarize and analyze the adverse reactions of various component transfusion and put forward the corresponding prevention strategies.Results:Among all patients,adverse reactions occurred in 8 patients,with an overall incidence of 6.56%(8/122).Adverse reactions occurred in 5 patients with hypersensitivity,2 patients with fever,and 1 patient with hemolysis.Conclusion:In carrying out component transfusion,strengthening the nursing measures and regulations related to the component transfusion,paying great attention to the possible adverse reactions of patients,and adopting relevant preventive measures can effectively avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions.
