中西医结合专硕研究生临床培训基地新模式的探讨

摘　　要：新中国以来,中西医结合学科有了蓬勃的发展,培养出一大批专业人才.在国家大力扶持中医发展的时代背景下,中西医结合学科作为我国特有的学科也要积极发展、争创新高.人才培养是学科发展的核心力量,如何提高中西医结合专业研究生的培养质量是值得关注的问题之一.中西医结合专硕研究生既需要掌握扎实的中医理论基础和专业知识,也要学习西医理论知识和最新医学领域研究进展.在住院医师规范化培训实施后,专硕研究生和规范化培训"并轨"政策实行,临床培训基地对于专硕研究生的培养存在一定的弊端.本文就临床培训基地对于专硕研究生的培养模式进行初步探讨,以期为完善中西医结合专硕研究生临床培训基地的培养模式提供参考和思路.Since the new era,with the vigorous development of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine,the new development situation has put forward more urgent needs for its high-level talent resources.Integrative Chinese and Western medicine students need both solid theoretical foundation and professional knowledge of TCM,as well as a wealth of Western medical theory and mastery of cutting-edge medical fields.After the implementation of standardized training for residents,the“consolidation”policy for postgraduate and standardized training is implemented.The training base has certain drawbacks for the training of graduate students.This article provides a reference and ideas for clinical training base of integrated postgraduate students in integrated Chinese and Western medicine.
