摘 要:在剖析灰水水质和垢样组成基础上,提出了抑制灰水结垢的强化混凝+阻垢分散剂组合技术。研究结果表明,采用6500、黑水絮凝剂1或黑水絮凝剂2作为混凝剂,投加浓度控制在2~8mg/L,搅拌转速、搅拌时间、静置时间分别为150r/min、2min、10min时,出水浊度稳定在10mg/L以下;开发的组合物3阻垢性能较好,120℃时,300mg/L的阻垢率可达93.2%,远好于阻垢分散剂1、阻垢分散剂2、组合物1、组合物2的46.1%、53.6%、59.0%、57.5%;组合物3也具有一定的分散性能,优于其余4种阻垢分散剂。On the basis of analyzing the grey water quality and the composition of scale,the combination technology of enhanced coagulation and scale inhibitor and dispersant was proposed.6500,black water flocculant 1 or black water flocculant 2 were used as coagulant,the dosage was 2-8mg/L,and the stirring speed,stirring time,standing time were respectively 150r/min,2min and 10min,the effluent turbidity was stable below 10mg/L.The compound 3 had better performance of scale inhibition.At 120℃,the scale inhibition rate of 300mg/L can reach 93.2%,which was far better than 46.1%,53.6%,59.0%and 57.5%of scale inhibitor and dispersant 1,scale inhibitor and dispersant 2,compound 1 and compound 2.Compound 3 also had a certain dispersion performance,which was better than the other four scale inhibitor and dispersants.
