摘 要:目前,国内二步湿法腈纶工艺循环使用的硫氰酸钠溶剂的净化工艺都逐步采用膜技术去除溶剂中含有的大部分不挥发可溶性杂质(NVI),从而提高溶剂硫氰酸钠品质。本文对安庆石化腈纶回收装置应用纳滤膜除杂技术降低硫氰酸钠溶剂中杂质的生产工艺进行阐述,对生产过程中膜过滤原理进行说明、对膜过滤生产过程及常规清洗提出了详细方法以及膜堆稳定运行做了综合分析。结果表明:硫氰酸钠平均回收率在99.90%,NVI平均脱除率在38.47%,有效降低了成品硫氰酸钠溶剂中NVI含量。At present,membrane technology was applied in the purification process of sodium thiocyanate(NaSCN)recovered in the two-step wet production process of acrylic fiber in China to remove the Non Volatile Impurity(NVI),so as to improve the quality of the solvent sodium thiocyanate.In this paper,the production process of reducing impurities in sodium thiocyanate solvent by nanofiltration membrane impurity removal technology in Anqing petrochemical Acrylic fiber Division Recovery workshop is described,the principle of membrane filtration in the production process is explained,the detailed method of membrane filtration production process and routine cleaning is put forward,and the stable operation of membrane reactor is comprehensively analyzed.The results showed that the average recovery rate of sodium thiocyanate was 99.90%,and the average removal rate of NVI was 38.47%.
