摘  要:储罐承台为大体积砼,施工控制不当将导致砼出现裂纹,本文通过对承台施工的工序分析,指出了承台浇筑前后施工控制要点,通过事前准备、事中控制、事后总结的方法,应从原材料选择、优化配合比设计及施工技术措施等有关环节进行把控,保证大体积砼浇筑能够顺利进行,同时提出了大体积砼施工过程常见问题及提升措施,为后续项目开展具有指导意义。检测统计表明,采用本方法施工的2座储罐承台裂缝宽度均小于0.2mm,满足规范要求。The cushion cap of storage tank is mass concrete,and improper construction control will lead to cracks in concrete.Based on the analysis of cushion cap construction process,this paper points out the key points of construction control before and after the cushion cap is poured.By means of pre preparation,in-process control and post summary,the relevant links such as raw material selection,optimized mix proportion design and construction technical measures should be controlled to ensure the general situation At the same time,the paper puts forward the common problems and lifting measures in the construction process of mass concrete,which has guiding significance for the subsequent projects.The test statistics show that the crack width of the two tank caps constructed by this method is less than 0.2mm,which meets the requirements of the specification.
