摘　　要：渤南A井在检泵作业过程中会出现大扁护罩及部分手铐落井的情况,为实现高效捞出落井的护罩及其他小件落物,迅速恢复该井生产。通过事故原因分析、不同打捞工具对比分析、施工工艺和打捞效果,优选出适合碎片化电缆护罩打捞工具和施工工艺,最终通过钢丝捞筒、强磁打捞器和多轮打捞器配合打捞出全部护罩,恢复该井生产。在分析、总结的基础上,对整个施工工艺进行了优化,为以后类似井下情况处理提供技术支持。The large flat casing and some manacles may fall into the well during pump inspection in Bonan a well.In order to effectively remove the casing and other small objects,the production of the well will be resumed quickly.Based on the analysis of the cause of the accident,the comparison of different fishing tools,the construction technology and the fishing effect,the suitable fishing tools and construction technology for the fragmentation cable shield are optimized,finally,through the cooperation of the wire overshot,the strong magnetic overshot and the multi-round overshot,all the protective covers are salvaged,and the well production is resumed.On the basis of analysis and summary,the whole construction technology is optimized to provide technical support for similar downhole situation.
