摘  要:试验旨在研究博落回提取物和葡萄糖氧化酶联合使用对产蛋后期蛋鸡蛋品质、屠宰性能和胫骨质量的影响。选取60周龄海兰褐蛋鸡6000只,随机分成2个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复600只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加0.25g/kg的博落回提取物和葡萄糖氧化酶复合提取物。预试期3周,试验期8周。研究结果表明:①与对照组相比,日粮中添加博落回提取物和葡萄糖氧化酶显著提高了蛋白高度(P<0.05),改善了蛋黄颜色(P<0.05),对蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度、哈氏单位、蛋黄比例、蛋清比例、蛋壳比例均无显著影响(P>0.05);②日粮中添加博落回提取物和葡萄糖氧化酶有提高蛋鸡半净膛率的趋势(P=0.056),对全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率和腹脂率均没有显著影响(P>0.05);③日粮中添加博落回提取物和葡萄糖氧化酶显著提高了胫骨重(P<0.05),对胫骨长、胫骨截面积和胫骨强度无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加博落回提取物和葡萄糖氧化酶能够改善蛋鸡的蛋品质和增强胫骨质量。This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of Macleaya cordata extract combined with glucose oxidase enzyme on Egg Quality,Slaughter Performance and Tibia Quality of laying hens during late period of laying.A total of 600060-week-old Hy-line laying hens were randomly divided into 2 treatments with 5 replicates per treatments and 600 hens per replicate.Hens in control group were fed a basic diet,test group add 0.25 g/kg Macleaya cordata extract+glucose oxidase enzyme on the base of basic diet.The pre-experiment period lasted for 3 weeks,and the experiment period lasted for 8 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)Compare with control group,dietary Macleaya cordata extract and glucose oxidase enzyme significantly increased albumen height(P<0.05),and the yolk color significantly improved(P<0.05),there was no significant difference of eggshell thickness,eggshell strength,haugh unit,olk ratio,albumen ratio and eggshell ratio(P>0.05).2)Compare with control group,dietary Macleaya cordata extract and glucose oxidase enzyme had tendency to have increased of Semi-eviscerated percentage(P=0.056),there was no significant difference of eviscerated percentage,breast muscle percentage,leg muscle percentage and abdominal fat percentage(P>0.05).3)Compare with control group,dietary Macleaya cordata extract and glucose oxidase enzyme significantly increased the tibia weight of laying hens(P<0.05),there was no significant difference of tibia length,tibia cross section and tibia strength(P>0.05).The results indicate that dietary Macleaya cordata extract and glucose oxidase enzyme can improve egg quality and tibia qualifity.
