摘 要:为了解规模化肉鸡养殖场致病性大肠杆菌的耐药性与致病性,并为规模化养殖场提供大肠杆菌病的防治参考。从山西省某规模化肉鸡养殖场采集病死鸡病料,进行大肠杆菌的分离培养、生化鉴定、药敏试验、致病性试验。结果表明:分离到1株血清型为O2的致病性大肠杆菌,分离菌对头孢类、喹诺酮类等8种药物耐药,对妥布霉素、阿米卡星高敏,对强力霉素、氧氟沙星中敏。结论:分离株肉鸡源大肠杆菌具有多重耐药性和较强的致病性,季节交替要加强鸡场饲养管理。In order to study the resistance and pathogenicity of E.coli in model feeding broilers farms,and to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of E.coli in large-scale farms.E.coli form collected the samples form dead broilers in the broilers house in Shanxi were isolated,identified,drug sensitive test and pathogenicity analysis.The results showed that a stain pathogenic E.coli with O2 serotype was isolated.The isolated stain has multiple drug resistance to 8 kinds drugs including cephalosporins and quinolones,and highly sensitive to tobramycin and amikacin,and sensitive to doxycycline and ofloxacin.Conclusion:The isolated stain of E.coli from broiler has multiple drug resistance and highly pathogenicity.It is necessary to strengthen the feeding management of chicken farms in the alternate season.
