铜火法冶金含重金属废气控制技术探究

摘　　要：在应用铜火法进行冶金工作时,技术人员必须要重点研究如何处理含重金属的废气.在这个环节当中,企业可以定期对员工展开宣传教育工作,让他们意识到重金属废气污染问题的危害性.同时,可以通过总结工作经验的方式,分析各个工作环节当中会产生废气问题的原因,结合具体情况积极研究有效控制含重金属废气问题的方法.基于时代在不断发展进步,新时期可以使用的技术方法有很多,不同的技术有不同的应用优势及适用条件,还需要结合具体的金属产品制造加工工艺流程进行合理的选择.另外,实际上在含重金属废气控制技术的操作环节中,还存在一些难点问题需要解决.本文就重点结合这些问题进行分析,明确产生问题的根本原因,研究相应的解决对策.In the application of copper pyrotechnics in metallurgical work,technicians must focus on how to deal with the waste gas containing heavy metals.In this link,enterprises can regularly carry out propaganda and education work to employees,so that they are aware of the harmfulness of heavy metal exhaust pollution.At the same time,by summing up the work experience,the causes of the exhaust gas problems in each work link can be analyzed,and the effective control methods of the heavy metal exhaust gas problems can be actively studied in combination with the specific situation.Based on the continuous development and progress of The Times,there are many technical methods that can be used in the new period.Different technologies have different application advantages and applicable conditions.It is also necessary to make a reasonable choice based on the specific metal product manufacturing process.In addition,in fact,there are still some difficult problems to be solved in the operation of heavy metal exhaust gas control technology.This paper focuses on the analysis of these problems,identify the root cause of the problem,study the corresponding countermeasures.
