摘  要:近年由于铝工业产能过剩,国家对新建电解铝产能只能采取等量或限量置换,一些传统电解铝企业由于受当地的电价限制,需要将电解铝产能向有成本优势地区进行产能转移和技术升级改造,增强企业竞争力使企业扭亏为盈.本文特针对某电解铝企业异地搬迁项目对电解槽结构改造、异地运输、母线优化等进行了详细论述,为今后大量的电解槽异地搬迁项目提供参考.In recent years,due to the excess capacity of aluminum industry,the state can only adopt equal or limited replacement for the newly built electrolytic aluminum production capacity.Due to the limitation of local electricity price,some traditional electrolytic aluminum enterprises need to transfer the electrolytic aluminum production capacity to the area with cost advantage for capacity transfer and technology upgrading,so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and turn losses into profits.In this paper,the structural transformation,transportation and bus optimization of the electrolytic cell are discussed in detail for the relocation project of an electrolytic aluminum enterprise,which provides a reference for a large number of relocation projects in the future.
