摘　　要：气力输送是适合散料(粉料、小颗粒料)新输送技术,以密封式输送管道代替传统的机械输送物料,能有效减少粉尘污染,气力输送技术在冶金、化工、建材、粮食行业得到广泛应用.气力输送涉及流程力学、材料科学、自动化控制技术、机械制造技术等领域.本文主要以铜精矿气力输送系统进行的总述,包括气力输送特性概念,气力输送系统主要部件和结构布置,铜精矿气力输送的编程组态及应用维护方面进行论述.Pneumatic conveying is a new conveying technology suitable for bulk materials(powder and small particles).It can effectively reduce dust pollution by replacing traditional mechanical conveying materials with sealed conveying pipelines.Pneumatic conveying technology is widely used in metallurgy,chemical industry,building materials and grain industry.Pneumatic conveying involves process mechanics,material science,automatic control technology,mechanical manufacturing technology and other fields.In this paper,the pneumatic conveying system of copper concentrate is introduced,including the concept of pneumatic conveying characteristics,the main components and structural arrangement of pneumatic conveying system,the programming configuration and application maintenance of pneumatic conveying of copper concentrate.
