摘 要:瑞木红土镍矿项目地处气候特殊的热带雨林地区,全年分雨季和旱季,矿体风化程度较高,早期采用液压反铲装载,卡车运输的开采方法,但随着采区的扩张,部分采区已超过了卡车运输的经济合理范围,另外也受到下游洗矿工艺系统的制约.因此,另一种开采方法-水力开采应运而生,该采矿方法在红土镍矿的开采中为首例,经过长时间的实践和探索,机械和水力开采相互补充,克服了产能的瓶颈,提高了项目的安全经济运营的环境.Ruimu laterite nickel mine project is located in the tropical rainforest area with special climate.It is divided into rainy season and dry season.The ore body has a high degree of weathering.In the early stage,the mining method of hydraulic backhoe loading and truck transportation is used.However,with the expansion of the mining area,some mining areas have exceeded the economic and reasonable range of truck transportation,and are also restricted by the downstream ore washing process system.Therefore,another mining method,hydraulic mining,came into being.This mining method is the first one in laterite nickel mining.After a long time of practice and exploration,mechanical and hydraulic mining complement each other,overcoming the bottleneck of production capacity,and improving the safe and economic operation environment of the project.
