摘  要:受回转窑设备、工艺及窑况等因素影响,所产出的氧化锌含锌低、含硫高,进而影响氧化锌的浸出渣含锌,导致锌回收率不足80%.在回转窑短期时间内不能改善的情况下,引进了常压富氧浸出技术,铅渣含锌从12%~16%降至3%~5%,锌回收率提高至90%~93%.Under the influence of rotary kiln equipment,process and kiln conditions,the secondary zinc oxide produced has low zinc content and high sulfur content,which further affects the zinc content of the leaching residue of secondary zinc oxide,resulting in zinc recovery rate less than 80%.Under the condition that the rotary kiln can not be improved in a short period of time,the atmospheric oxygen-enriched leaching technology is introduced,the zinc content in lead slag is reduced from 12%~16%to 3%~5%,and the zinc recovery rate is increased to 90%~93%.
