摘　　要：阐述了侧围外板基准孔是保证侧围装车精度的基准,考虑到基准孔处支撑制件时强度问题,侧围外板基准孔大部分都是翻边孔.为保证此翻边孔的位置精度和尺寸精度,选择合理的模具冲翻孔结构是关键因素.The datumn hole of is the datumn to ensure the accuracy of bodyside outer assmbly.Considering the strength when support of datumn hole,most of the bodyside outer datumn holes are flanging holes.In order to ensure the position accuracy and dimension accuracy of the datumn holes,the most important thing is to choose a reasonable die burring structure.
