摘　　要：通过对端盖落料拉伸冲孔的的工艺分析,介绍了多道工序合并在一副模具中成形的工艺及其模具设计的特点;分析了模具中关键尺寸的确定方法,设计了复合模结构,并为此类制件的成形提供参考.Based on the analysis of the technology of blanking drawing and punching of end cover.This paper expounds the technology of combining multiple into one die and the characteristics of die design.The method of determining the key dimensions in the die is analyzed,and the composite die structure is designed.
