摘　　要：阐述了CAD/CAM/CAE技术在塑料模具设计中的应用,利用UGNX10.0软件建模及模具设计.以MoldFlow软件对支架塑件进行模流分析及优化,用UG加工模块对成型零件的制造过程模拟仿真,输出NC代码,在加工中心机床上进行零件的加工,简化了模具设计过程,提高了模具制造效率,缩短了生产周期.This paper describes the application of CAD/CAM/CAE technology in plastic mold design, modeling and mold design for software by Ugnx10.0,analyzes and optimizes the bracket plastic parts,simulates the manufacturing process of the formed parts with UG module processing,output NC code to process parts on the CNC.These simplifies the process of mold design, improves the efficiency of mold manufacturing and shortens the production cycle.
