摘　　要：介绍了一款香水瓶饰盖注射模设计,该塑件是一款香水瓶饰盖,塑件整圈外表面布满花纹,为能满足塑件质量要求模具结构设计了4个侧向抽芯机构,同时因塑件既要与外盖进行配合,还要与香水瓶进行直身位配合,给塑件脱模带来了困难,本副模具利用司筒结构巧妙的解决了这个问题,对模具设计同行具有一定的参考作用.This paper introduced the design of injection mold for a perfume bottle cover,outer surface of the plastic part is covered with patterns,4 side core-pulling mechanisms are designed to meet the quality requirements of the plastic part,the plastic part should be matched with the outer cover,they also need to cooperate directly with perfume bottles,these bring difficulties to the demoulding of plastic part. This set of mold solves this problem skillfully through the structure of the cylinder, it can be used as a reference for mold design industry.
