摘　　要：分流器是汽车控制器上的一个结构件,用于液体的分流.介绍了分流器精密注射模,通过对塑件的特性、材料、成型工艺、模流情况等进行分析,制定出模具的设计方案.The diverter is a structural component of vehicle controller,which is used as a liquid diversion.The precision injection mold for diverter for is introduced.By the analysis of properties as well as materials,molding techniques and mold flow of the plastic part,we can develop an appropriate program of injection mold design.
