摘  要:介绍了近年来氧化铝厂生产系统在节能降耗方面实施的一些措施,主要有溶出新蒸汽冷凝水的回收利用、溶出末闪二次汽的回收利用、溶出稀释槽乏汽的回收利用、提高蒸发原液温度、增加蒸发器效数、焙烧烟气余热回收利用等节能降耗措施。This paper introduces some measures of energy saving and consumption reduction in the production system of alumina plant in recent years,mainly including the recovery and utilization of the condensed water of the dissolved new steam,the recovery and utilization of the secondary steam of the dissolved final flash,the recovery and utilization of the exhaust steam of the dissolved dilution tank,the improvement of the temperature of the evaporation raw liquid,the increase of the evaporator efficiency and the recovery and utilization of the waste heat of the roasted flue gas.
